1. Service Overview
HalfEats is an independent order facilitation service. We place DoorDash food delivery orders on behalf of customers at a discounted rate. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with DoorDash, Inc. in any capacity. By using HalfEats you agree to these Terms of Service in full. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HalfEats.
2. Eligibility & Accurate Information
You must be 18 or older to use HalfEats. By placing an order you confirm your age and that all information provided — including your delivery address, phone number, DoorDash link, and order total — is accurate and complete. HalfEats is not responsible for failed or incorrect deliveries resulting from inaccurate information submitted by the customer.
3. Payment Policy
All payments are accepted exclusively in Bitcoin (BTC) or Solana (SOL). Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and final by nature. HalfEats is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address, sent in an incorrect amount, or lost due to customer error. Always verify the wallet address before sending. Orders are only processed after payment is verified on the blockchain by our team.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. HalfEats does not issue refunds for completed or placed orders. A refund will only be considered in the following circumstance: the order was cancelled directly by DoorDash prior to any food being prepared, and the customer can provide written confirmation of the cancellation. Refunds will not be issued for late deliveries, missing items handled by DoorDash drivers, or any platform-side issues outside our control.
5. Order Limits & Availability
HalfEats accepts orders with a DoorDash subtotal between $25.00 and $30.00. Orders outside this range will not be processed. HalfEats reserves the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. Service availability may vary and we may pause orders at any time without prior notice.
6. Delivery & Liability
Once an order is placed through DoorDash, all delivery responsibilities — including timeliness, item accuracy, food quality, and driver conduct — are governed by DoorDash's own policies. HalfEats is not liable for late, missing, incorrect, or damaged deliveries. Issues with the delivery itself must be raised directly with DoorDash support.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HalfEats and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
8. Changes to Terms
HalfEats reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
